When You Think You've Arrived

It’s easy to think we’ve “arrived” spiritually—to act like experts when we’ve still got a lot to learn. In 1 Corinthians 4:8–21, Paul lovingly exposes the Corinthians’ pride and reminds them that true Christian maturity looks less like worldly success and more like humble faithfulness. This message challenges us to trade self-confidence for Christlike humility and to follow the example of those willing to suffer for His name.
